How do I start my webcam up?

I've got an Acer, and its a labtop with a built in webcam.
It is windows 7, that may be why I can not figure it out.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

There should be a program installed on your computer, but if u are using a site/mesenger service it should start up automatically. you just have to choose it from the settings option on that. if u have problems i dropped u a mail :)

If you have windows, go to start, and type in webcam (or what ever the software is called), and it should pop up, then just click on it, and also if all that is frustrating to you, you can take it and drag it to your desktop, so you dont have to do that every time. :)
