I bought a budgie from a pet store, and then three months later, I bought another budge. The store owner said that it would be okay just to put them together straight away, and today is the first day that he was brought home and they started fighting.I don't want any of them to get hurt, and don't want to buy a new cage just for week or two for them to settle in (especially when the old cage is a generous size). How could I stop the fighting, or do I just let them get used to each other, since it is only the first day. ( they only fought at night, for the swinging perch, but during the day, they chased each other, and pecked at each other,aswell as chirping happily to one another)
