How do I stop the DIVX icon from popping up & interrupting my full-screen playlist?

How do I stop the DIVX icon from popping up & interrupting my full-screen playlist?

This happens when Media Player skips to/from certain videos:
DIVX Icon appears in task bar, player jumps out of full screen.
It's annoying to keep putting full screen back on.
Please help me stop that from popping up!
