How do i sync my new iphone with all my contacts ringtones and other stuff? I

actually have 2 old iphones? I have 2 old iphones and I just got my new one because my other 2 broke and the guy at the att store told me that i could get all my ringtones on my new one by syncing it but I don't know how to sync it i have it synced to iTunes but how do i transfer it to my new iphone please give me step by step directions...thank you
