How do I sync ringtones without erasing my music?

I have the app Ringtone Maker Free. I followed all the instructions and when it said to sync the ring tones to my phone, it came up with a warning that said, "Syncing these tones with erase all music, movies and TV shows from your phone. Are you sure you want to do that?" How do I sync the ring tones without erasing my music?
By the way, I have the iPhone 4.
