How do i tell a chic that im not interested without upsetting her?

this girl in my math class who lives in the same dorm as me added me as a friend on facebook and sent me a message thanking me for helping her with some of her math homework with a p.s. your pretty good looking! how do i respond to that without hurting her feelings??
 
You're going to hurt her feelings regardless. May as well make it blunt you're not interested.
 
just speak to her as you would with a friend and if she comes out and says she likes you tell her the truth that you dont have the same feelings...
 
just say "your welcome, and thanks."
if she continues just tell her your sorry, your not interested, but you can still be friends. most likely she'll be upset anyway but that's the best way to handle the situation.
