How do I tell my future mother in law that she has odor but not hurt her feeling's?

My future mother in law is 54& has Diabetes! She has a horrible discharge& alway's smell's when I go over her house! I am a clean person& don't like to smell people that have bad personal hygiene. HOW CAN I TELL MY FUTURE MOTHER IN LAW THAT SHE HAS HORRIBLE HYGIENE& HAS ODOR WITHOUT HURTING HER FEELING'S??I DON'T WANT TO HURT HER FEELING'S!

Tell your future husband to tell her discretely.He is her son so she wont be offended,plus he will be able to find a better way of telling her.
