So I'm almost 19 and in college. I'm seeing a guy that my mom works with and he's in his late 20s. Word is getting around work so we've decided I need to tell her. We've been seeing each other for a little over a month and we are serious about us being with each other. Her biggest concern with me seeing any guy is him getting between me and my schooling. Well my boyfriend and I have already talked about it, and he's very encouraging and if I miss class, he kindly tells me how I should not miss a class and stuff like that. Well, so now, I have to tell her that we're seeing each other and I'm just afraid of her reaction. I want to do it tonight, so if something is said at work tomorrow, she will know the truth. If you have any ideas and suggestions as to, how do I start out the conversation and how do I tell her. We do have a really good relationship but I'm just scared.
