How do I Train for UFC?

At the moment im 17 years old im 6 foot 1 inch tall and i weigh 85 kgs. I want to know what i should focus on at the moment regarding training i just joined an mma gym recently and i was trying to determine whether i should concentrate on cardio or work more on muscle mass whilst im not at the gym. I have limited resources and im wondering if anyone knows any workout routines that will get me fit and ripped and ready to compete in the octagon. Im determined and i do realise that im going to have to work very hard to reach my goal but its something i want to do and no-one is gonna stand in my way.
