So for Christmas i got the new EnV3 but originally had the Verizon Blitz. I have a bunch of important pictures and saved text messages i want to transfer over but am having trouble doing so. I have both a USB cord and an SD card but when i plug in the USB it only allows me to transfer music and the phone doesn't seem to have a setting i can change to transfer data.. and the SD card just says error when i try to 'move' a picture. HELP??
