How do I transfer files over to other accounts on shared Windows XP PC~?

I want MSN messenger on my account ... there are 3 admins on here lol

So how would I be able to transfer the files over to the other account instead of redownloading them from the internet again~??

( dont wanna use flashdrive lol )
