how do i transfer music from my computer to my samsung intensity?

ok so when i plug my phone into my computer, my phone, at the top, says MTP.
it is connected, and on my computer a little window pops up and says Camera Detected and gives me choices to open for the camera or whatever. i don't know what to do, ill click on a choice and nothing opens, but i want to sync my MUSIC, not pictures. please helpp!
 
If your phone comes up on My Computer then you could find the files you want to put on your phone (which would normally be in your music or pictures folder) then copy and paste them onto it. You could open up the phone in My Computer and look for the perticular folder you want to paste it in if want to be more specific and make them easier to find on your phone.
