how do i transfer ringtones and wallpapers via the sd card adapter from

my pc to my phone?
I have tried dragging and dropping them into the folder, they seem to save but i can't find them in my phone.
 
put your micro sd card into the adapter and connect it to the computer. Open the "my computer" tab and find the SD in the list of devices or drives. double click the SD to open it. Then simply drag and drop the tones and photos you want on your card into the folders on the SD card. Or copy and paste works as well.
