How do I turn off Bluetooth on my Dell XPS M140?

I tried creating a LAN with it to link it with my PDA a few months ago, which turned out to not be supported. Now there's a PAN set up, disabled but apparently that doesn't mean the Bluetooth itself is disabled. Ever since then, my Bluetooth light has constantly been on. Any suggestions?
 
Go to control panel/system/hardware/device manager. Find the bluetooth in the list, right click on it and disable it.
