I have a phone on Rogers, it has a very cheap plan, about $15(CAD) for 40 minutes.
It's a 3-year contract, and in the first few months I was texting, as it was unblocked.
My parents then blocked all texting, incoming and outgoing, and I would like to unblock it. I have all the information required to access our Rogers bill, so can I do it online, or would I have to call in?
