How do i undo a restore on my new iphone 4?

So, i just got this phone yesterday and everything was fine and working fast even though i had nothing on it from my previous phone. Today i synced it to my laptop and my iTunes asked if i wanted to restore it from before and I just clicked yes being stupid and not actually knowing what that would have done. I had a couple videos on my new iphone4 that i made the night before but now those videos are gone & it's replaced with like 500 pictures from my old phone. I do NOT want them on there. Is there any way i can undo the restore and get those videos back and my phone the way it was? Or are they long gone? Please helpppp :)
 
Same to me..! I first had an iphone synched it.. I had over a thousNd photos, dropped it in a toilet now its gone.. Now i have a new one and i have 350 photos plugged it in the laptopl asked me if i want tO restore to previous backup, i said yes... WHICH I SHOULDVE SAID NO.. Then it went back to my first iphone when i had 13 photos not over a thousand.. Now im mad. Any help..?
