how do i unsubscribe to this 'T-mobile ringtone of the week' thing?

i have tried to text nd unsubscribe...it does not work... any other suggestions?

T-Mobile doesn't have a ring tone of the week. There is no T-Mobile ring tone of the week. How did you subscribe to it? Call customer care and ask to rep. to black list the code. Good luck.
