The latest is 4.3.5. Its just a matter of plugging into iTunes, checking for the update & going from there. The baseband wouldn't change though, as that is the iPad's own.
you plug it in to itunes and you can software update from there,
but not 4.3.4 apple software only updates to the current software which is 4.3.5
