How do I upgrade my jailbroken iphone 3gs from 3.1.3 to 4.0?

I have an old bootrom, 3.1.3, MC135 model iphone (I did use spirit to jailbreak it on 3.1.3, but I have the SHSHs on file for OS 3.1.2 and 3.1.3). The bootloader is 6.4, baseband is 05.12.01.

I need to upgrade it to 4.0, preferably untethered while keeping the jailbreak of course.

Any suggestions or links?
