How do I upload ringtones/music to an Alcatel OT799?

Newly purchased phone causing some bafflement. I've several ringtones that I've collected over a few years but I've never used them as my phone wasn't one that would upload anything at all. My new phone now should be able to work with uploaded stuffage but I'm not sure how I go about doing this. Any suggestions would be helpful.

I've got the ringtones on my computer at the mo but not sure how to get them uploaded
