How do I upload then download a game to and from the Internet?

I got a new computer for Christmas and I finally reinstalled most of my programs except for a game called Fate I have the disk to reinstall it but it wont have my the same level character in it unless I replay the whole game.


I know where the files are on my old computer but how can I upload it on the internet from my old computer then download to my new.


I don't know if its even possible but I need help.
