How do I upload videos off of my computer on to my Sony Ericsson Cell w200i?

I have a sony ericsson w200i, how do I upload videos onto it off of the computer?

you have to convert them into the file that ur phone tells you 2

Make sure the videos are mp4 or 3gp format and also that you installed the Sony Ericsson PC Suite or at least the File Manager from the cd you got with the phone. Next you connect your phone to your computer using the USB cable you got with your phone and connect it as phone mode, open Sony Ericsson PC Suite and click on File Manager or if you have it as an icon on your desktop double click on that. Then double click on Sony Ericsson w200i (or how it's named there) and then double click on Phone Memory, go to Video and copy paste the video you want to put on your phone there in mp4 or 3gp format. ^_^
