How do i upload videos to my T-mobile wing?

Is there a special format that the videos need to be in to upload them? because i can upload them but they wont show up on the phone when i go look for them
 
jus drag and drop them with the device manager from its location on ur hard drive to ur phone in videos...it should play through WMP

you can locate it through File explorer in the Programs menu
