I was once able to view files on my external hard drive through Ubuntu, however for the past few months I have no longer been able to view the files. Upon checking the available space, it would appear that the files DO exist, yet I am unable to see them.
I have not hidden the files, nor have a moved them to a different location on the hard drive.
