How do Jews understand Daniel's 70 weeks prophecy?

Christians will say that the prophecy went down like clock work, and that Messiah came and was cut off at the exact time specified.
But Jews still wait for the Messiah. So how do they apply Daniels' prophecy?

In the last days, when Jesus Christ returns, he will go around the world and gather the scattered 12 tribes of Israel and put them back in the land of Canaan (Israel's original name) and then he will go and gather the heathen nations and bring them down to the vally of Jehoshaphat and judge for the enslavement of the 12 tribes of Israel.

Judah <---- These 2 tribes are the only 2 tribes that are Jews
Benjamin <---- These 2 tribes are the only 2 tribes that are Jews

Levi <----Are the Levitcal Priest
Joseph (Ephraim)
Manasseh
Asher
Zebulon
Napthali
Gad
Reuben
Simeon
Issachar

The tribe of Dan is the tribe the anti-christ will come from. Jeremiah 8:15-16 makes a reference to something bad happening in part to Dan.

15) It says "We looked for peace, but no good came, for a time of healing, but behold, terror".
16) "The snorting of their horses is heard from Dan; at the sound of the neighing of their stallions the whole land quakes. They come and devour the land and all that fills it, the city and those who dwell in it.

The Messiah is within, it takes time to cultivate, that's why they wait.

People are easily influenced by illusions, signs, experiences, and fantasies that are a socially acceptable means to acquire more attention of potential friends.
And they base their Logic of Truth off of such BS.

Finding Truth:
In the Kalama Sutra, Buddha says.
Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it..
Do not believe in anything simply because it is spoken and rumored by many.
Do not believe in anything simply because it is found written in your religious books.
Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders.
Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations.

But after observation and analysis, when you find that anything agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and benefit of one and all, then accept it and live up to it.
