How do pre-sales work on LiveNation?

Coldplay tickets go on pre-sale tomorrow for the Detroit show. Its at an amphitheatre and I def want to sit close to the stage.

I've never had to purchase tickets from LiveNation and am totally unfimiliar with how it works. It starts at 10am and I've created a LiveNation login.

Any tips on how I can make this a smooth transaction? I want the best chance at the best seats available. Any rules of thumb to keep in mind?
