how do u get ur downloads out of tha the bittorrent thing plz help me??!?

just lyke give me tha steps please because i downloaded three different sims things n i dont know how to get them out tha thing n running plz help me bc this thang is so aggrivating?!
its bittorent....but lyke how do u use it after u download it off of limewire lye wt you do
 
Id suggest not using bit torrent u r better off using a all rapidshare site like forumw.org or phazeddl.com you can also get a free rapidshare account by signing up at www.airtomoney.info
 
When you're done downloading, hit STOP on your torrent program so you can move what you downloaded out of the folder.

Or you can select 'Remove' but do not select 'Remove All Files' or you'll lose everything you downloaded.

This is for Azureus/Vuze. Which torrent program are you using?
