How do u wash ur hair? (lol)?

I want to know if I'm doing enough or to much. I normally do 2 shampoos in. Then I use conditioner (not a lot) and shave and stuff while conditioner is still in. Then I wash it out. I use garnier fructis slick and shine. Soo is my 'routine' ok for my hair? Thnx
