How do you add words to your dictionary in T9 on the nokia intrigue?

Ive searched the book and tried a few things but cant find out how to put my own words in the T9 dictionary. Any help would be appriciated =D
 
If a word is not in the T9 database, add it by using
Abc (Multi-tap) mode text entry. To add a new word:
1. Put the phone in T9 mode then switch to ABC entry mode
2. Press 5 5 6 6 6 7. “Kop” is displayed.
3. Switch back to T9 mode
4. Press and hold the Clear Key C to erase the existing word.
5. Press 567. “Kop” is displayed using the T9 method

In response to your concern about adding words to the T9 dictionary, we would like to inform you that word mode is a predictive text entry method that is based on a built-in dictionary to which you can also add new words and quickly recognize the most commonly used words for a specific key sequence. The only limitation is the phone memory. To free your phone memory, delete photos, ringing tones, or other data in the phone memory.

1. To activate Word Mode, press the Left Soft key, scroll to Word, and press the OK key.
2. Enter your word with the keypad. In Word Mode, press a key once for each letter until the desired word appears.

If the displayed word is not correct, press 0 repeatedly to select from other options.
If the desired word is not found in the dictionary, delete your entry, press the Left Soft key to switch to Abc or ABC Mode and re-enter your word.

3. When the correct word is displayed, press the Vibration (#) key to confirm, and insert a space.

After the prediction text is on, If the ? character is displayed after the word, the word you intended to write is not in the dictionary. To add the word to the dictionary, left selection key becomes "Spell".

Select Spell and enter the word using traditional text input.
Press Save to insert the correct word (and to save it to the dictionary).
