How do you argue and win?

I just don't know how to argue. Don't you just feel bad when you know your right, you end up losing to a level headed person who has the wrong ideas.

What's the process? What should I do? What makes me sound right and clever? What are the signs of a person losing ? How do you win!? When do you stop? How should I improve unto this art?

Sorry for asking a lot I'm just getting tired of losing every time even though I'm right.

I argue with my friends constantly about the health facts of milk. I know I'm right and I destroy them with information but they refuse to think I won. I guess all you need is to know your right 100% of the time to win everytime

Process: Using Words To Get Your Point Across.
Avoid Getting Upset, Emotions Tend To Cloud Judgement & Make Us Say Things We Regret Later.
Loosing: The Person Either Backing Down Or Becoming Erratic.
When To Stop: When The Situation Becomes Petty. (pick your battles)
How To Improve: Practice! J/k. Just Make Your Points Clear & Your Argument Should Be Valid.
