Well, you don't start with espn, i'll tell you that. I don't know how old you are, but if you're in high school go to your high school newspaper. If you're in college, go to your college newspaper. Barring either of those two options go to your local weekly newspaper. Not the daily newspaper or the popular newspaper. The lower-profile newspapers will take articles if they're good and the more articles you have in print, the better you'll do and the closer you get to moving up. You have to know what you're doing, so take a course or get an internship
