how do you bluetooth with your computer or sync with it?

Your computer has to have the ability to read a blue tooth signal. Either that is built into your computer or you need to buy an adapter to do so. Then you need the appropriate software to interface with whatever device you are trying to connect to it.
 
first you need a bluetooth dongle or if its built in u need to enable it.. and activate DISCOVERABLE
