I have a verizon lg octane and I can't change my voicemail greeting. I set it up so the caller will hear me say my name when it goes to voicemail. But now I want to change it to a standard greeting where the computer lady says I'm not there. I have tried pressing # 1 to change my voicemail to standard greeting but it doesn't work!!! I have tried over and over but it doesn't work... I don't know why, so please help! Don't give me instructions because I know how to do it but tell me why it won't work even though I change it and how I'll be able to fix that!(I just got this phone and my phone before was a lg env 2. Do I have to change voicemail on my 1st phone?which is the env. Please help!)
