How do you cook perch?

Also, do you leave the bones in? I heard people eat them because they are so soft. Anything I need to know about cooking perch?

Wrap in foil. Put on barbecue five minutes. Eat with care. Have toothpicks handy.

i know a couple ways...
grill- fillet the fish, with or without bones. put in a 1sq ft piece of aluminum foil and season with butter and old bay seasoning or other seafood seasoning. take off when done
bake- preheat oven to 350 degrees farenhiet. fillet with or without bones. put on a shallow cookie pan with a layer of aluminum foil and season the same as grilling. take out when done

You should cook them with a trash can.
