I bought a telus pay & talk phone off of a friend, and i know the pin number, how do i deactivate it? should i be able too? or do i have to get the Original owner to deactivate it?
The reason i want to deactivate it is because i already have a telus pay & talk account that i want transferred onto the new phone.
