My family and I are going on a Disney Cruise soon; three days at Disneyworld (sorry, I originally wrote DisneyLAND), and then three or four days on a cruise to and from Disney Island. It's all-inclusive. I've never done this before (and it wasn't my choice), so I was wondering what I need to do. We already have our passports, of course, but how do we deal with money? Do we need to bring cash? If so, how much would be appropriate?

If we don't bring cash, can we just use our debit cards? Or do we need traveler's checks? How much, in general, should I expect the whole trip to cost over and above the all-inclusive fee? Are we expected to tip? If so, how much?

Any advice on what to expect on the trip would be helpful. I've never been to Disneyworld/land or on a cruise before. Thanks!
