how do you dry you hamster ?

What had he gotten himself into? Hopefully nothing dangerous.
If only it was necessary though, when hamsters get wet, the oils off of their fur that they need come off and it puts the hamster's health in danger.

Why did your hamster have to take a bath? Water is not good for them due to their natural protective oils in their fur.You should use a sand bath (chinchilla sand) next time they need to be cleaned.
In the meantime,I would suggest you thoroughly towel dry him and make sure he is not in any drafts.Put a small piece of polar fleece or flannel in the cage so he can snuggle up inside it for warmth.
