How do you extract music from an iso file.?

OK so i have played this video game on my psp called cho aniki zero right?
And i love the music on there.i have searched you tube for the music and can't find a thing.
I even looked on amazon and the japanese amazon for a soundtrack but alas i could not find it there either. So i keep hearing of this iso file where you can extract pictures and other crap from it.
i just want the music so what do i have to do?
by the way i am not very good at this kind of stuff actually i am pretty clueless please help!!
also i don't know if i even have the file needed (i downloaded the game legally from the psn store.

Step 1: Import DVD discs for ripping
After running it, press "Load DVD" button. Select DVD disc in the pop-up window to import DVD for ripping. You could view the added DVD content and select titles or chapters you want. Just click "OK" to continue.
