how do you find your puk code and pin # for a tmobile prepaid nokia phone?

the sim card was taken out, and now its requiring a puk and pin code, how do i get past this? what are the codes? is there anyway to do it without going to the store
 
Customer care may be able to provide this information to you over phone. The code is generated by the billing system. No way that I know to retrieve it from the device.
 
Customer Care will have the PUK code. Sometimes taking the battery out while the phone is on will make it stop asking for the code.
