I dropped it and when i tried to press the buttons on the screen, they would not respond. The screen is not cracked, so what could be the problem and how can I fix it?
i was skating and my wheel hit grass going bout 15mph and my board stopped and i fell with my phone in my hand (same kind). the whole thing blew up so i put it back together and it turned on.. when i got to enter pin number the screen was unresponsive. what i saw when it was apart was ath the top of the outer casing there is a electric strip that is used as a sensor bar for the screen. it was ripped so it may have been something of the same sort for you. or water damage to this specific part.
