How do you get job bar-tending on a cruise ship?

I have 9 years high volume bar-tending experience in night clubs, restaurants and local pubs. I would love to get a job bar-tending on a cruises ship. I have checked all of the cruise websites and there are no bar-tending jobs listed. Do you have to go through a recruitment company. Any advice or info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
