How do you get meet & greet passes for Paramore?

I'm going to the Honda Civic Tour in Raleigh, NC on July 23 with Paramore, Tegan and Sara, New Found Glory and Kadawatha. This is part of my birthday present and I would really love to get meet and greet passes, just to top it all off. I just would love to say hello and take a picture. It would make my birthday like the greatest one I've ever had. So does anyone know how to go about getting them? I'd appreciate any advice on this!
