How do you get picture onto a PC from and Cosmos LG verizon phone?

My father has a Verizon LG Cosmos phone. He just uses it to call and take pictures and has no texting or internet included in his phone package. He wants to put his pictures on the computer but the phone came with no software and when plugged to the computer it doesn't register like devices I am use to dealing with, it doesn't say its plugged into drive e or f. So how can I get to his pictures and get them on the computer?
 
I was wondering the same thing before then I logged into My Verizon on there website. What you can do it go into the picture and click Send, then Send to online Album. It will go onto your pics on there website once you log into your account on there.
