Never had a samsung before. When i plug it in, it says 'found new hardware' and then i press 'locate and install driver software (recommended)' . Then the box disappears and a notice pops up at the bottom saying 'successfully installed'. If I click on that it tells me it is waiting 'for user input'. I'm not sure what it wants me to do and i can't seem to find my phone on 'my computer'. Please help me! xx
