How do you get rid of someone who is an internet stalker?

A man from India won't leave me alone. He just won't let it go I don't like him and gets on my chat all the time while I am trying to email people or write stories and emails he loves me and calls me his "wife." I've never met the guy and getting sick and tired of him and he doesn't take the hint. I've tried being rude and telling him to leave me alone. How do you get rid of a jerk? He also talks filthy and dirty to me. I can't stand the guy! How do I get rid of him?
