How do you get songs downloaded from your computer(not itunes) to your iPod??

I need to know! I went to spiral frog.com and I downloaded like 30-40 songs and i dont know how to put them on my iPod!!!
 
i dont myself have an ipod but i dont belive you can do it unless you flash the firmware to make the Pc recognise it as a USB mass storage device.
