you have to turn the bluetooth option on and then pair it to the device, what kind of phone do you have???
What model number? if you dont know take the back off, removed the battery and the model # is there
from you device, press the phone or power key until the indicator is continueously lighted
from your phone menu goto
settings
bluetooth select turn on
goto
devices select search or find
pair the device
select and connect
the pair code is 0000
you will be connected at that point.
