How do you jailbreak a ps3 with a usb?

I would like to host challenge lobbies and to do so i need a jailbroken ps3. I have tried to do it on my own but all of the links have surveys that i have to take. My firmware is 3.72 and i want to do this with a usb. If anybody has any advice..... or a link id say id rather have a link. Remember no surveys
