How do you make a couple feel comfortable during an outdoors photoshoot?

I'm doing my first small photoshoot next week and I'm not sure how to get people to loosen up. I'm doing this for practice, they understand I'm definitely not a pro but I can take a decent picture that they are happy with and that's all they want. I want to start getting really good so maybe I can get some side money out of it.. take a few classes.

I want to take a picture like this.. but what leads up to it? How do you get them to do that?:

Tell them to do improve and take pictures while they are doing it. Get them a topic. But make sure they know what you are doing.
 
well poppy you will have to be aware of everything they are doing at all times....dont stare them down though just kind of casually stroll around and look at surroundings also you could mention playing a game or something so the couple is interacting.....and there is your picture, good luck!!!
