how do you make a hollywood undead mask?

ok i am a HEUGE fan of them and i hesar peple say they have one and that they made their sik design.how do i make one?
 
For some of their masks, it looks like they just use hockey masks and paint them. Others are made from paper mache. I'm pretty sure you can buy those or make one yourself (there's a tutorial in the source below)
